Almost 3 years ago i had made open rc truggy from DanielNoree here. I had printed all parts as you can see at pictures below, but plastic parts for differential is not a good idea. It break at the first try unfortunately. Plastic gears at high speed ,has thermal issues that make gear melt
So, i give a second try with metal differential and slightly different desing from NiKO2On here. Videos below are from NiKO2On design. You can download all files for 3d printer and also find links for other parts.
Parts that work for me are below. Motor is very powerfull for this design, so i work it at 60% throttle because 2 times that get full throttle, i was searcing for wheels, it was almost wrecked 🤔.
